This role has two equally important parts:

  • Managing clients, carpenters, and subcontractors.
  • Performing carpentry work in the field.

During a typical week you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Performing work in the field.
  • Keeping job paperwork in order and filled out properly.
  • Assembling Change Order packets when applicable.
  • Reviewing timecards each week.

  • Self-motivated and self-managing. Much of our work is completed solo or with another carpenter and we trust you to manage yourself.
  • Kind, friendly, personable demeanor. We love working with positive people, so do our clients.
  • DMV records release is required and must pass to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Assisting with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
  • Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
  • Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
  • Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
  • Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
  • Display excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous if under pressure.

Specktacular Home Remodeling is looking for an individual that has long term career goals within the residential remodeling industry and wants to grow within our company. While some experience is preferred, it is not required. Applicants must be organized, detail oriented, have the ability to problem solve, and take instructions. 

This role has two equally important parts:

  • Assisting Carpenters and respectfully taking direction from supervisor.  
  • Maintain a clean jobsite, workspace, and work equipment (including trucks and trailers). 

During a typical week you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting and receiving direction from your supervisor. 
  • Completing tasks assigned to you by your supervisor. 
  • Maintaining a clean jobsite, workspace, and work equipment throughout the day. 
  • Remove and dispose of debris.
  • Acquiring, loading, and unloading materials.
  • Work and learn collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

Specktacular Home Remodeling is looking for a highly organized, experienced, outgoing, people-person to meet and work with prospective clients and help turn their dreams into their reality! This position requires extensive knowledge of all phases of the residential remodeling industry. If you have the experience and want the chance to work with our team, here if your opportunity!

This role has 3 important parts:

  • Managing multiple clients while delivering Specktacular customer service. 
  • Creating a detailed set of specifications and ensuring all items are covered on construction contracts. 
  • Working closely with clients and the Specktacular Team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. 

During a typical week you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting with potential clients to evaluate their project and deliver estimates.
  • Creating and assembling budget estimates, specification packets, and change order packets (when applicable), and presenting them to the client. 
  • Communicating and coordinating with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, as needed.
  • Work duties will be performed in the office and field. This is not a remote position.
  • Keeping sales paperwork and job tracking information in order and filled out properly.
  • Gathering site data and existing conditions for upcoming projects.
