Sandy River Home & Bath Remodel
This home overlooks a portion of the Sandy River and Sandy River Valley. Like many homes built in the late 70’s and early 80’s, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very small and cramped. We were asked to help by creating a new master plan and we re-designed the home to bring the existing spaces into the 21st century and added a large family room for entertaining. Their new family room also helped by allowing you to actually see the view of the valley from the comfort of their home and deck.
